About

Engineer by training. Founder by habit.

I studied computer engineering and never stopped building. Over nine years I've founded three companies, led a 16-person team through an acquisition, and worked with exchanges and technology firms on market entry and partnerships.

My work sits where the technology meets the business: shaping the product, getting it built, and putting it in front of people who'll pay for it. Lately that means AI. I build agents that talk to real customers, take real bookings and handle real money, with the controls that kind of work needs.

Online I go by Hack Angel. The crest is mine too, and its motto is how I like to work: build, protect, raise up.

Ordina

An AI Secretary for service businesses. It answers customers on WhatsApp, Instagram, Messenger, Telegram, the web and the phone, books appointments, sells products and takes payments. When it isn't sure, it asks the owner and remembers the answer for next time.

What I leadProduct strategy, agent design and guardrails, system architecture, web and mobile UX, pricing and go-to-market. Ordina also runs an MCP server, so other AI assistants can book with Ordina businesses directly.

Four habits I bring to every team.

problem

Start with the problem, not the model.

I begin with the job someone needs done and the number that proves it got done. The AI comes after.

people

People sign off on what matters.

Agents can draft, suggest and prepare. Anything involving money, commitments or a customer's trust gets a person's yes.

pace

Ship small, then sharpen.

A small thing in real hands beats a perfect plan. Launch, measure, improve, repeat.

plain

Make it obvious.

If a business owner needs a manual to use it, the design isn't finished.
